Stable BP

     In the last two months or so, my blood pressure has been normally stable, something I have not seen in four years. I used to see sudden rise each week or two, this is the first time for a prolonged period. I am grateful for this, it means my medicines are effective. I have to maintain it to be like this. Praise God!
