Rabbit Meat

     We tried rabbit meat, many for the first time, a chance to get away from pork for many of them. If I remember right, I tried rabbit meat once in China long before. The cut meat was tender, very much similar in appearance to chicken meat. We experimented on cooking it since it's the first time. Thanks God, it turned out right.
