Stable BP

    Being a stroke survivor, I monitor my blood pressure daily, morning and evening. Not until this week, my profile has been up and down, occasionally high at certain days. But one thing I noticed these past few days, it has been stable for the last ten days. Thanks God! I hope to maintain it this way.
